  • Assays to investigate antigen (Ag)-specific cellular responses (primary cells from several disease models)
  • Establishment of Ag-specific T cell lines
  • Differentiation of dendritic cells (DC) and their use for Ag presentation in vitro and in vivo experiments
  • LV mediated modification of DC, B and T cells for in vitro and in vivo experiments
  • Cytokine quantification (Multiplex assay-Luminex)
  • Determination of Ag-specific antibodies (Abs) titer (ELISA)
  • Basic Molecular biology and biochemistry (PCR, cloning, western blots, enzymatic activity test)
  • Flow cytometry (sample preparation/acquisition/analysis, FACS sorting)
  • Development and optimization of new assays
  • Vector production

Requirements:

  • Biomedical degree or PhD with strong lab experience
  • High accuracy, reliability, precision
  • Experience in T cell functional immune assays
  • Experience in B cell functional immune assays will be a plus in the selection.
